Embodied Connection:

The Art of Growth—And Loving the Humor in Between

Navigating love and relationships can often feel like a battlefield, especially if we never learned how to truly connect—with ourselves, our friends, or our partners.
That’s why our approach blends a range of embodied and therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Somatic Awareness, Breathwork, Imago Therapy, Yoga, Movement, Massage Therapy, and more.
These methods help you explore the different parts of yourself—your inner critic, your protector, your playful self—through curiosity rather than judgment. Gestalt Therapy brings awareness to how past experiences shape our present behaviors and emotions, while Parts Work helps you connect with and integrate conflicting inner voices. Instead of feeling at war with yourself, you’ll learn to honor these parts and shift toward self-leadership.

Awareness Invokes Healing

By deepening your awareness of how you relate to yourself and others, you begin to shift old patterns that keep you disconnected. Through our sessions and guided exercises, you’ll reawaken sensory experiences and rewire your nervous system to foster a sense of safety and belonging—making a deeper, more fulfilling experience of love possible.
Many people struggle with unseen relationship patterns, whether in romantic dynamics, friendships, or self-connection. That’s why we incorporate Attachment Theory and the Enneagram to uncover the core fears, strengths, and motivations that shape your relational world. This insight allows you to approach communication and emotional expression with greater clarity and intention.

Releasing Shame & Embracing Sensual Well-Being

As a trained Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach, I take a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to helping people unburden shame and fear around intimacy, pleasure, and their bodies. Cultural conditioning, past experiences, and internalized beliefs can create blocks to full expression—but healing starts with understanding, normalizing, and gently integrating the parts of us that feel disconnected or ashamed.
This is not about performative sexuality or rigid techniques. Instead, I support you in building self-trust, deepening embodiment, and exploring intimacy in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering. Whether you’re navigating personal desires, deepening connection in partnership, or untangling shame, we create a space where your questions, concerns, and experiences are met with curiosity and care—not judgment.

Integration of Expansion

I support clients in exploring expanded states of awareness to access deeper self-understanding, emotional integration, and lasting transformation. Whether through embodiment practices, somatic techniques, or guided self-inquiry, I help individuals navigate and integrate profound insights into their daily lives—creating sustainable shifts in perception, connection, and well-being.

Who This Is For

The Embodied Connection method is for individuals and/ or couples, for those seeking relationships, and for those ready for self-inquiry.
Whether you want to strengthen intimacy, deepen self-trust, or enhance your ability to connect with others, this approach supports you in building a more fulfilling, embodied, and meaningful life.

What clients have to say . . .

"Working with Anna, she helped me to see my inner child was hurting - and not letting me be the man I wanted to be for my career (and then ex girlfriend).
I was able to get out of my juvenile ways and own the life I wanted.
After working several sessions, I got back together with my girlfriend, landed the job Ive been gearing towards, and moved and bought property to build my house.  Im grateful is an understatement.  Im not the sort of person that reaches out for help, this experience was pivotal. "

Anna picked up on some nuances that hadn't occurred to me before, that finally shed light onto how some stories had worked their way into my subconscious. I was keeping myself back from worthiness in a belief system that didnt aline with what I wanted or desired.
She was a joy to work with, and wouldn't let me toy around with superficialities.

Me and my partner are super grateful to Anna.  We came in rough to our first session, but after we actually gave what she had taught us and sent us through emails action into our lives, we found  ways to communicate,
listen and relax ourselves, we could see the tools in motion.
And they worked!  Were glad we put in the time to learn more about how to be better partners.
We started off saying "we dont need help were good."
to
Thanks, that was truly helpful and worth it.."

What if Im not in a relationship with someone else?

Thats the thing - So So much of the inner work and reframing on our own behalf is what fortifies an excellent partner/ friend/ co-worker/family member.

We have so many relationships in our lives - we , in fact - have a relationship with everything around us.
Relationships are not singularly of the romantic kind - .

What if it doesn’t work? I’m tired of throwing away money on programs.

I totally understand. We will talk through your anxieties up front, and you’ll know before you sign up whether this is the right program for you. I’m very candid about who is right for my programing, and who isn’t. I want you to feel successful.

I also guarantee this process with me, and if you honestly feel that there was no value gain, I will refund my proceeds to you.
